  • ◦ ‘Floral Consultations’ - we'll set up a phone or zoom chat to go through the details of your love story and your vision for your florals, first one for initial ideas and site visit (if necessary), another one to refine concept and the last one to finalise set up requirements and timeline

    ◦ Full ‘Floral Concept and Mood Board’ - using visual references to guide the floral design aspects of your day - a piece by piece detailed proposal with all the floral and color elements showing you all the magic that goes into your big day. All customized pricing and inspirations.

    ◦ Custom floral design - we work the full week of your wedding preparing each bloom to show off at its peak for your wedding. From all the bridal party florals, full ceremony floral design, guest tables and last stem of greenery placed at the perfect spot.

  • ◦ Communication and design execution with floral, decor and any other design based elements

    ◦ Communication and coordination with any rental or decor companies needed

    ◦ Phone ‘Photography Briefing’ with your photographer to ensure your beautiful spaces are captured before the guests arrive

  • ◦ Site visit the day before your wedding to go over all set up requirements

    ◦ Unlimited styling hours on day of the event

    ◦ Moving of some furniture/ florals from ceremony to reception

    ◦ Every floral element and detail of the design will be thoughtfully placed at the perfect spot.

  • ◦ Delivery of bouquets and buttonholes to your ‘getting ready’ locations

    ◦ Delivery of all required florals to your chosen venue

    ◦ Complete set-up and tear down of all decor and design elements on the day-of.

    ◦ Pack down and disposal of your florals either the night of or the next day. You are welcome to keep whatever you wish - they are your flowers! Just let us know and we will pop them aside.

Experience

  1. After you submit your enquire, we schedule an informal 30-minute free call over the phone or zoom to get to know each other and find out if we're a good fit.

  2. Calls can take place during the following timeframes, and need to be scheduled minimum 48 hours in advance: Tuesdays to Fridays: 10am- 5pm.

  3. Trust is essential. Working with a wedding designer is personal. I'm here to understand your needs, desires, and wants individually and as a couple. And LUMI, head florist, will help with all your wildest flower dreams.

  4. Keep in mind: before we have our video call, get inspired - search the internet for a couple of images that will have the look & feel that you want.

  5. During our call, we determine which service is best suited to your plans and from there if everything is set, we discuss fees and the legal aspects.

  6. You will receive and estimated cost for each area and one page mood board vibe, just to understand our vision and what’s included.

  7. And if you agree, then magic happens.

  8. Once we're happy to proceed and the date is set, the fun & stress-free process can begin with the creative direction (a mood board carefully crafted where you'll be able to see and understand the big picture of your day).

Our goal as a wedding designer & stylist and florist is to deliver the best value for the investment without sacrificing the experience you are looking for.

Budgets

During our initial call, we'll talk about the budget too.

You need to have a clear idea of how much you would like to invest + a little bit of room to add more or make cuts (e.g: people see and want a huge table installation, but sometimes they assume a certain cost that is not compatible with reality).

I'm here to guide you and create a wedding that you desire based on your wants and needs.

We don't have a fixed fee, but we do have a MINIMUM FEE to start with because things can vary a lot from how far the location is, how many guests you have and what out-of-season flowers we need to provide + extra special props.

This is why the most accurate budget prediction is made after I understand your vision.

Your day should be one of a kind and you need an event designer & florist that can listen, help like your best friends and create a concept with personality.

FAQs

  • ◦ No, I'm not. Our couples usually come to us when they planned their day but need someone to create cohesive aesthetics.

  • ◦ 8 months prior to the event is best for us but we can make it work even last minute .

  • ◦ No, the whole event should be organized by a planner or by you two. However, we organize the concept, floral and styling part, including props.

  • ◦ We offer a full design-oriented service based on DESIGN + FLORALS and STYLING for weddings and some specific events like baptisms.

    ◦ A wedding designer is responsible for the overall visual aesthetic of the wedding.

    ◦ We think in terms of the big picture and create the wedding design and decor concept + how that concept will be threaded through each visual element and guide other vendors too (e.g. we work closely with specific vendors to make sure the wedding stationery will feel like an accurate representation of the chosen design).

    ◦ All the colors and elements are designed to fit the couple's needs, the overall aesthetic, the location, and the budget.

    ◦ To sum up, EVENT DESIGN is one of the core services that is connected to STYLING ( more explained at the next question).

  • ◦ A stylist will work with you to develop a cohesive visual plan for the design of your event (in our case, we do weddings, elopements, editorial shoots & gatherings).

    ◦ In short, we’re in charge of how your wedding looks and the overall aesthetics.

    ◦ An event stylist is more like the creative director of your story who specializes in design. Design of the decor, the settings, the mood lighting, the champagne tables, the stationery placement, and how dynamic or still should all the elements feel.

    ◦ And if you still have doubts, imagine going to an event where you can’t see the person in front of you because the flowers, candles, or vases are too tall or crowded. You get the point.

    ◦ Event styling is definitely a luxury, but one that can ultimately save your event or make it ten times more elevated.
